Your GTA V frequently crashes after just a few minutes of play, whether online or offline. The issue persists even after uninstalling the game from your HDD and switching it to an SSD with RAID. You're using Windows 7 on a powerful but outdated PC, and you've installed the latest Nvidia drivers, tried SLI and non-SLI configurations.

I really dislike paying for games only to find they don't function. It feels like those who Pirate don’t face the same issues.

All the updates were completed. Both Nvidia and AMD released beta drivers for the game.
