I updated the latest BIOS, older versions, and the one next to the Ryzen 7 5800X on the ASUS site. I believe the problem is related to a Windows driver issue. In safe mode I can run anything, but installing software like C++2015 causes the Windows Installer service to fail. Updating AMD drivers via the software sometimes results in missing .dll files. After fresh installs, nothing seems to work online.
