The BSOD indicates an issue with the AsIO2.sys file. This might point to a problem with the audio subsystem or driver.

I'm unable to delete the installation since I frequently encounter BSOD errors when attempting to boot into Windows 10, even in safe mode. My data is very valuable to me.

How often does this occur?
Is this your only Windows PC or your strongest one?
Have you attempted to reach support? Tell me here or in DMs—I’ve experienced this before, and there are some simple solutions (some may require contacting Microsoft).

On my Ryzen 1700 setup, installing Asus AI Processor 5 caused BSOD issues when I accessed Windows.

Are you the only one using a Windows PC? Is this your top gaming machine? If yes for either, contact Microsoft and let them know—likely they can help you reuse the key. If that doesn’t work, bring it to a repair shop; they might fix it. If neither applies, Linux could be an option, and if that fails, a repair person might also assist (especially if they didn’t install Windows).

Restart the system until it completes the Recovery process. During this, the interface will prompt you to check for startup issues and guide you to a blue menu. In Troubleshoot, look for the option to perform a System Restore. This feature lets you revert your system to a previous state before installing ASUS software, preserving your personal files.
