I believe the first file, 050425-17671-01.dmp, corresponds to JHL7540 Thunderbolt 3 NHI,
the second, 050525-17890-01.dmp, is TbtBusDrv.sys with module name TbtBusDrv,
and the third, 050625-17406-01.dmp, is pci.sys (possibly).
Because of my limited understanding and doubts, I looked for assistance and discovered the Driver Verifier.
I started it and identified two drivers displaying a yellow exclamation mark warning in Device Manager (in Safe Mode).
Further investigation revealed their details via PCI Lookup:
Vendor: Intel Corporation, Vendor ID: 8086
Description: JHL7540 Thunderbolt 3 NHI [Titan Ridge 4C 2018]
Device ID: 15EB
Vendor: Intel Corporation, Vendor ID: 8086
Description: JHL7540 Thunderbolt 3 USB Controller [Titan Ridge 4C 2018]
Device ID: 15EC
I removed the two problematic drivers.
I visited Dell Drivers and Downloads, downloaded and extracted the Intel Thunderbolt Controller Driver,
then installed it from the folder in Device Manager.
After restarting the laptop and checking Device Manager again, no errors or warning signs appeared.
I tried holding the left Shift while clicking Restart twice, but the computer still crashed.
I also launched System Configuration, booted into Safe Mode, disabled Driver Verifier, then rebooted.
Everything seems stable so far; I’ll recheck if it crashes again, hoping it doesn’t happen.
This process was challenging, but I gained valuable experience. Thank you all for your time, knowledge, and support.
Peace!
Yes, I believe the problem was with the TbtBusDrv.sys driver, we removed and reinstalled it, and everything is now working well, please keep an eye on it. Thank you.
