Error code BSOD - 0x00000000c0000005
I've been facing problems where my games frequently crash. I recently discovered a post recommending an older NVIDIA game ready driver from February 2024, which helped stop some crashes in POE2. Last night I tried playing Abiotic Factor but couldn't launch it. I updated my drivers with a fresh install of the latest game ready driver from this week, which let me play for a few hours before it crashed completely. Instead of stopping at my desktop, the crash affected the entire PC. I ran Cinebench for 30 minutes without issues, keeping CPU usage under 60% and GPU performance stable. Then I performed a memtest, which failed. I shared the results below along with my system specs and dump file from Bugcheck. After several hours without problems, I encountered a BSOD with the following details:

Your RAM performance is poor, as confirmed by MemTest and the dump results. It's operating at its maximum design speed, which might cause instability and could be too fast for your CPU. Take out the XMP overclock setting and let the RAM run at its original speed (likely 4800MHz). Check for stability then.
Already ahead of you, disabled the xmp profile. Will run memtest again this week to check if it passes. It hurts to lose 1200mhz, but I have a z790 board that I can install to see if it can handle the xmp profile.
As has been noted, testing at 4800 is recommended.
As soon as you notice the initial errors, you can halt the test.
You are aiming for a flawless result with no mistakes.
I ran memtest this morning without XMP enabled at 4800MT/s and it succeeded perfectly. It turns out the dimmer switches I bought aren't listed for ASUS, which likely explains the issue.
