You're encountering a '7z SFX Error' with code 0x4001000a. This usually points to a compatibility or licensing issue with the 7-Zip software. Try updating your 7-Zip version, checking for system requirements, or verifying your installation environment. If the problem persists, consider reinstalling 7-Zip or consulting its support documentation.

Check if your antivirus is premium or include exceptions, then re-test. Is your PC overclocked?

It has been running at the same overclock for an entire year without any problems.

Are you getting a new install or did you save it earlier? It might be damaged or incomplete. If not, briefly turn off the overclock to confirm everything is stable. Such occurrences are uncommon, but slight degradation in the chip could lead to problems.

I also attempted using an admin command prompt: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth & sfc /scannow. It indicated that corrupted files were detected but couldn't be fixed. Could this be the problem? And do you have any options to recover those damaged files? Thanks in advance.

I also attempted that but it didn't succeed. Could you consider other options?
