I reviewed the BIOS version and it looks different from what you have. Would you like me to suggest updating it to H.90?

The HDD remains in check, but I tried updating the SSD drivers and discovered that the setting was already enabled by default. Is this normal? I searched online but couldn’t find a clear answer about whether it should stay on or be changed.

also remember that enabling Secure Boot will activate it, so if you haven’t already, consider turning it off after the BIOS update before starting Windows, as it might cause complications. If you’re already using Secure Boot, it shouldn’t pose a problem.

According to @Mark Kaine, BIOS updates are generally beneficial, though it's important to be mindful of the secure boot feature.
