I was trying to adjust settings with the More Power Tool on my 6800xt reference card. It’s unclear what happened, but the card no longer functions. Device Manager shows the card is present but turned off. AMD autodetect identifies the GPU and will attempt to download Adrenaline, though it fails to detect the GPU when started. GPU-Z confirms the card is present but shows zero values where settings should appear. I’ve reflashed the BIOS, which completed the flashing step. Still, opening GPU-Z doesn’t reveal any bios updates. I’ve also reinstalled Windows and swapped drivers completely. Others have reported similar issues, but no one seems to have fixed it successfully. I’ve attached some examples. I’m hoping someone has encountered this before and found a fix—maybe the GPU isn’t damaged.

If it is recognized, then it most likely works.

You adjusted MorePowerTool settings and performed a DDU to fully delete the previous driver. Using the wrong options can lead to issues, and DDU is the best method for completely removing the PPT generated by MPT.
