I've been trying to troubleshoot this error and it got fixed once but got bugged again so im assuming this is a software issue. I do not see any physical damage on the motherboard. I have a gtx 1650 and ryzen 5 5600h the gpu randomly stopped showing up in task manager and stopped working with this error code inside the device manager. I have tried reinstalling windows and I installed chipset driver then the gpu driver and it started working but after some time it started showing the same error again. Also the nvidia control panel doesnt even start up , it did start up when the gpu started working but stopped working again. Since it worked once I am just assuming that it's a software bug but I'm still not sure and I want to know if it's a software bug or hardware issue because replacing the motherboard is really not a good choice for me rn.
Save DDU from the link provided. When the program asks to start, select Reboot to safe mode. After restarting, it will begin. Navigate to options, verify and select GPU, Nvidia, then choose Clean and Shutdown for installing a new card. The PC will power off. the issue remains unchanged with the same error code. Uninstalling both AMD and NVIDIA drivers didn’t resolve the problem, so only the NVIDIA driver was installed. The device still isn’t visible in Task Manager, and no flashing occurs during installation even after using IDEK. What’s happening?
