Your PC experienced a Windows boot manager error 0xc0000428. After trying a fresh installation on the original SSD and using RUFUS, the issue persisted. Removing all RAM sticks didn’t resolve it either. The system has been running smoothly for over two years now. Consider further diagnostics or contacting support for deeper analysis.

Do you mean you're attempting to set up Windows 7? I believe I understand the issue.

To assist those facing similar challenges, I experienced a hardware malfunction. I swapped out the motherboard and CPU, which resolved the problem. The same SSD that failed to boot before worked immediately after the replacement.
