Error Code: 0xc0000001

The errors in this screencap seem unusual. I’m concerned about the possible presence of malware. What operating system are you using? This display appears light blue, but I’m not sure why that’s happening. Windows error messages changing color isn’t normal—this could indicate a virus or another issue. I don’t see any standard LBSOD with a light blue screen.
Do you own a keyboard that features a PS/2 connection, or do you need a PS/2 adapter to use your existing one?
It seems the device might be missing a PS/2 adapter. Have you checked if it worked with a USB keyboard? Try unplugging and plugging it back in, both when turned on and off. Don't overinterpret the image link provided.
Windows 8 and newer don’t have an "F8" option. Booting too quickly makes it impossible to reach the F8 menu. Try failing to boot Windows three times consecutively to open the settings. If you manage to get into Windows, hold down the Shift key while selecting Restart, then keep holding until the menu appears. Alternatively, navigate to PC Settings > Update & Recovery > Advanced Options > Restart, and press the restart button to enter the menu. Consider using a Windows 8 recovery disk or OS installation media and perform a system restore to revert your system to a previous working state.
