Following the announcement I realized upgrading to Windows 10 might be necessary, even though I wanted to stick with Windows 7. To prepare, I thought making a backup would be wise in case things go wrong. However, it would also require dealing with the failure code 0x81000037. After many nights searching forums and troubleshooting, I gave up and asked for your assistance. My attempts so far included: turning off Windows Updates via Services, clearing temporary files, restarting, disabling the firewall, turning off and uninstalling antivirus, checking the HDD for issues, and using an external drive. It would be great if someone could help me out!

Need a screenshot? I'll explore alternatives such as Veeam. Windows 7 backup and restore doesn't seem ideal.

Stel voor dat er geen bestanden zijn op de bestemde locatie en dat de bestemde draagmede is formateerd naar NTFS. Zorg ervoor dat het bestemde besturingssysteem niet bestaat voordat je het formaat bevestigt.
