Installed a new GPU with an 2080s model but it fails to boot beyond the BIOS load screen displaying the Aorus logo. I’m seeing a 0E error, though none of the manual codes match. My motherboard is an x399 Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7 running F12e BIOS. The new GPU uses the same 250W power draw as the previous one. I’ve reset the CMOS and swapped the GPU slots, but the issue persists. Any advice?

Resolved. Required to disable 4G decoding. Unclear reason, worked without issues on the 1080Ti.
