I just assembled my first PC and initially everything looked fine in the BIOS, except for a single issue I resolved by updating via Bios Flashback. After the update, it stopped responding again. Here’s what I have built: CPU – Ryzen 7 5700X; Motherboard – Rog Strix X570-E gaming; PSU – Corsair RM750x; GPU – MSI GeForce RTX 3060; 12GB RAM (2 x 3600MHz sticks); M.2 NVMe – Patriot P310 960GB. My motherboard’s QC code is 02, indicating “AP initialization before microcode loading.” I fixed the A9 error by updating the BIOS after rebooting once. Now I’m changing TMP settings for Windows 11 to install, but still face a boot failure despite resetting CMOS, switching RAM slots, unplugging the M.2, and even trying to boot without the GPU. I also tried flashing the BIOS back to the original version that matches my CPU model (version 4021). Despite these adjustments, the error persists and my system won’t post.
