Error BSOD (WHEA Uncorrectable Error)
Error BSOD (WHEA Uncorrectable Error)
Hello, my PC stats
Hi. A few months back I was playing Overwatch and noticed my PC began bluescreening with very low FPS. During the reinstallation of Windows there was a connection problem either with RAM or the SSD, which I couldnโt resolve. I brought the machine to a tech shop who diagnosed it as an issue with RAM. It showed errors immediately during memtest, so I replaced the RAM and upgraded to a Ryzen 5 5600 CPU. Performance improved but I still experience BSODs. I tried disabling XMP settings, adjusting RAM speeds, but nothing helped. After installing the new CPU, I kept the operating system unchanged; it still runs at a maximum of 4.45-4.5 GHz and works well most of the time, except for occasional BSODs. Sometimes it happens randomly when starting the game in maximum settings, sometimes not.
When I took the PC back to the shop after two weeks, I changed the CPU myself. It worked fine for about two days before another BSOD appeared again. This issue is quite random.
In Apex Legends, when I entered the game and then went into firing range after one minute, audio would cut out and a BSOD would appear with robotic sounds.
Hardware:
Aorus B450 PRO WIFI (secondhand, nearly new)
Futureman 600W GOLD Semi Modular
XFX RX580 8GB (previously used for mining, now secondhand)
SSD 970 Evo plus Samsung 1TB (new, condition good)
RAM: 2x8 Corsair Vengenace Lpx 3200mhz before upgrade; upgraded to Viper Steel 2x8 3600mhz (PC4-28800), which caused crashes and BSODs. Now running at 3200mhz is stable.)
I built this PC myself, only visited the tech store for diagnostics and Windows installation.
They might have faced the same issue and could have sold it. If it functions at 3200/3400, just run it that way. Anything above 2933 memory on that board is an overclock setting and isn't guaranteed without further tweaks. I've never heard of that power supply brand before; a two-year warranty suggests it's not reliable and could cause problems.
Yeah, i bought ram and cpu from same person like just victim, ram is actually
<Mod Edit>
, on 3200 or 3400 it works fine but still got bsod even xmp off and 3066mhz, when i start apex its like max 3 minutes before crash,
power supply is very budget and

brand

its not bad but the techshop checked it and it works fine now for this setup, i need to change but after when i buy new gpu, cuz i have this gpu for just now to play some games before i buy new one and i want to make sure that nothing is damaged, like mobo ram cpu or ssd bcs all of these parts are brand new ( mobo used but very good condition)
I tested it now, started with 1920x1080 native + 8xmsaa, after 30-40 seconds it crashed.
๐
It restarted but the screen froze for only about 0.5 seconds maybe.
๐
After a restart, Apex launched again and I lost my display.
๐
It went black and showed a message on the monitor that the display wasnโt connected. After restarting itโs working now.

Looks like a GPU issue. When I bought the GPU, I thought it was fine, but it turned out the BIOS switch button was broken and I manually changed it to gaming mode.

Zerk my friend, as I mentioned I knew the GPU was up, I didn't buy it for a long time. When I built this, I had a small budget and focused on the motherboard and other components. The PSU is very old, I bought it two years ago, and this PC was built 5-6 months ago. Now I have to replace the PSU and GPU. I posted this because I want to find out if other parts in good condition can be used for a new build.
