It's a dead drive, but you can repair it. That's all you can do. If you need to keep using the PC while it's being fixed, they provide a replacement drive—something like a 128GB/240GB SATA SSD at a low price. Alternatively, you could install a high-end drive in the first slot of your motherboard and use it for backup or gaming.
