I interpreted this as reinstalling the driver, so we must identify the GPU model and game name for better evaluation.

You can save HWinfo, install it, and start the program by pressing the big run button without selecting any options. The left side of the smaller window should display your GPU. Note: hwinfo link https://www.hwinfo.com/download/ was edited on April 25, 2022 by SirShanova.
