I've encountered the same problem before. I attempted to upload the bin file and upgrade the firmware. The process ended with "Error code: 4503 The uploaded file was not accepted." My hardware model is Archer MR200 v4 00000001, current firmware version 1.0.0, and the latest version is 1.0.0.0 Build 190603 Rel.60023n. I need to upgrade to the newest firmware from June 2020. The firmware link I downloaded is https://www.tp-link.com/in/support/downl.../#Firmware. The reason for upgrading was changing the Wi-Fi password and router settings, which now works properly after a reboot. Anyone have any advice?

Use the same firmware version previously. This will reinitialize the router and may restore the damaged filesystem.

I also own a router with identical hardware and firmware versions. I've tested the newest firmware from Indian sites and others in the area, but it hasn't worked. It's the router provided by the service provider (Mobitel in SL) with the package. The signal strength displayed is very weak—just one bar or sometimes no bars at all—but phones using the same SIM from the same provider have better reception. I attempted an upgrade just to check if it would improve performance. Have you had your issue resolved, or do you still experience problems?
