Hi, your GTX 760 seems to have encountered several issues recently. It stopped working unexpectedly while using a simple PowerPoint, then displayed errors and black screens before restarting. The system reported no GPU and showed a Windows error about problems detected. You've tried various fixes online and reinstalled Windows, but the problem persists. Your VRAM is reported as 0/unknown in GPUZ, and fans are spinning but not visible in Task Manager. Drivers from Nividia are installed, yet GeForce Experience keeps asking for more drivers in an endless loop. It appears the GPU may be dead or severely damaged, possibly due to overheating or a failing card. Consider checking the GPU directly with a hardware tester and replacing it if necessary.

You might want to test it on a different machine to verify, though it seems highly unlikely to work anymore.
