I saved the program from the Epson site... Any suggestions for resolving this problem? I reached out because I'm running out of options. I understand you're experts. I've been using the printer since 2019.

WF-2850. I removed all the software, rebooted the Wi-Fi, and the printer appeared again. When I tried to install the Epson software, it disappeared from the settings. Now it’s back in the Printers and Scanners section.

I believe it was my VPN... I unconnected and it detected the printer.

Also keep an eye on the source "Epson download site".
Just because "Epson" shows up in the path or URL doesn't guarantee the site is genuine.
Especially with older products...
