Eps power

Hello everyone, I bought a tr 3990x and an asus rog zenith i extreme. The motherboard has two 8-pin eps 12v connectors, while my power supply is a corsair ax1600i but only comes with two 8-pin eps connectors. For the top right of the motherboard, I need to connect something to the 6-pin connector.

I verified your connections to confirm there wasn’t one already. I added an additional 8-pin connector using my power supply. Connect it at the same location as the PCI Express cables.

I possess two 8-pin connectors yet a 6-pin one is adjacent. None of my power supplies come with the required cable. Not even CableMod offers a 6-pin EPS. Might this be related to a PCIe adapter?

this 6-pin connection isn't an EPS power output, but a PCIe 6 pin, designed to boost power delivery to the PCIe ports when handling heavy workloads, such as multiple GPUs, preventing overheating of the 24-pin connector
