It looks like they skipped the agreement by including Aftermath in the title.

It was a surprisingly overlooked experience. The game offered an epic exclusive during a time when "RABBLE RABBLE EPIC" was still common, and the World War Z release years after the film didn’t boost visibility. Many assumed Tom Cruise was involved, but it’s actually quite entertaining. The zombie hordes are impressive, and the character abilities with progression give it extra depth compared to Left 4 Dead. Unfortunately, it might soon be overshadowed by Back 4 Blood.

It's a bit intriguing—just don't waste time on it.

Was there ever any mention that WWZ would remain exclusive forever? I believed Epic focused mainly on short-term deals. Regardless, it’s a dull, unmemorable experience based on a dull, unremarkable film (the book is great). I’m skeptical it will improve its performance on Steam.

According to developers and legal records, the project is considered permanent. Ubisoft often comes to mind in this context.

Since this is a Co-Op game, any word on cross-platform with epic users?
