Forced 640x480? With a Nvidia card you can open the Nvidia Control Panel and set a custom size, unless your display works better natively.

The term "forced" referred to a decision outside the official game settings. The 1024x768 size is the smallest resolution supported in BF4, so I adjusted the text file directly.
