Hello! I took my brothers Fortnite account off to switch his other account to Xbox. He’s still getting the same "BOT" messages whenever I reply. I followed the instructions in the email, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Someone knows how to reach Epic Games and fix this issue—am I the only one who’s been tricked? I’ve sent the message from four different emails, but the problem persists.

Fortnite uses an automated email system. They can't answer each message they receive. Handling all those emails would take them years, and there are still many more daily. They create bots to respond instantly, saving time and costs.

Sure to be a bit sarcastic about how everyone seems to hide behind anonymity. It’s strange how much we rely on it! And honestly, I’m not sure trusting strangers online is a good idea.
