I removed the default PATH settings on both the system and user variables while installing FFmpeg. The user PATH begins with C:\Users\<username>\AppData, and the system PATH starts with C:\Windows\system32. Please note the exact values.

I'm not entirely sure about the posted issue, but why not just remove the existing user account and create a new one with the right permissions using the same username? Doing that should re-establish the required paths. Then go ahead with installing FFmpeg carefully to avoid deleting the default PATH again. Otherwise, we need more details.
