I can't move it at the moment. It seems the best option is to check the back.
I'm sure it's a ROKU model.

Close your PC and adjust the HDMI connection on your TV, then restart your PC. If you have an HDMI eARC adapter, insert the cable into the eARC port. You won’t be able to change settings through your BIOS, just look there.
