Consider reaching out to Asus customer service or sending the device back to its original seller. If the USB port is damaged and causing overcurrent protection to activate despite no input, the options are limited.

Check if the CPU and RAM are identified correctly on the board, even with damage. The issue might be with the rz debug indicators showing the problem.
