The situation unfolds as described. I assembled a new PC and attempted to install Windows via the motherboard's HMDI and USB ports. An issue occurred during setup, causing the system to shut down. Now my graphics card isn't recognized consistently. I have had to change PCI and HDMI connections to bypass the VGA indicator on the motherboard. When booting, pressing DEL or F2 doesn’t work. The BIOS prompt appears as a TUF motherboard, advising F2 or DEL to enter BIOS. I managed to connect the monitor. I checked the USB ports and removed both USB 2 and 3 cables from the board, but nothing changed. The CPU fan isn’t running because it’s connected to the AIO pump port. I really need assistance. Thanks. Parts are listed in the attached photo, including the graphics card (RTX 4090). Dang it.

The display indicates three keyboards are connected. That statement appears accurate. Disconnect all USB devices except the keyboard and attempt to access BIOS again.

I only have one keyboard connected. I unplugged it from all USB ports several times. I wasn't sure if it still showed three keyboards. I also reset the CMOS a few times by removing the battery, and changed the PCI slot so the motherboard recognized my graphics card. That's quite complicated. I think the motherboard might be damaged now or something unknown. I'll check again tomorrow morning. It's 3 am in cet. Thanks for your help. I'll update you tomorrow.

I turned off all devices except the keyboard, yet it still won’t let me start the BIOS setup. By the way, figuring out how to use the three keyboards I have is a real challenge. I’ve only ever used one mouse, one keyboard, and one USB with Windows. I’m starting to feel tired. See you tomorrow.

The RAM operates at 6000MHz, though the 4800 value remains unclear. If it's in MHz, the display might be inaccurate.

Ensure XMP or a similar setting is activated in the BIOS before the RAM operates at its advertised rate. Begin by clearing the CMOS.

I believe I handled it myself. I took out the battery and pressed the reset button on the back of the motherboard. Still no luck. What other options could there be? If not, that’s fine too.

Attempted linking the AIO pump to the CPU_FAN pin? Most boards seem to avoid starting without that connection.

I used the back fan inside it. It functioned okay but keeps shutting off and blocks access to the BIOS.

It seems the USB port labeled BIOS might be on the motherboard back panel. Could have been damaged during a shutdown while installing Windows. Perhaps it’s why you’re seeing multiple keyboards and mouse numbers. Think about using BIOS settings to resolve this. Would it help if I tried making it ignore the issue?
