Hey, I've been thinking about this for a while. I waited a few days before sharing because I thought I'd finally figure it out. But it kept happening strangely. Today, while setting up my new motherboard, I unplugged the DisplayPort cable and left the HDMI plugged in. It booted into BIOS and let me install Windows again—everything seems to be working now. Edit: Turns out the DP connector was bad. Thanks for your time!
That's a rough situation, but good to hear it's working now. When building a PC, avoid using DPI and always start with HDMI first since the GPU won't get updated and that can cause issues.
