Use the built-in terminal tools on Windows. It operates without a graphical interface and will terminate any logged-in user with a physical sign-in. Remember MSTSC needs Windows 10 Pro. You can turn it on via Settings > System > Remote Desktop (Win+R, type ms-settings:remotedesktop in Run).
