so past couple of months i am noticing strange things in my pc, earlier i had some windows related folders created on my game drive (D) now even after deleting them by taking ownership they would just reappear now i only see a program files folder being created but have also started to notice a flashing window for a split second randomly. Do i need to do a clean install?
