Specs: A 320M-A PRO motherboard Ryzen 3 3200g 2x4 GB ram 240GB ssd 2TB HDD I've finished building my pc and I tried to access the bios menu with no success. There is no beeping thats apparently meant to be heard, and the bios itself doesnt show up whenever I press the delete key. In fact, I dont think the usb ports from the motherboard even work. My keyboard doesnt glow when connected to the motherboard usb port, which is weird. I've been told that i should try using an older gen amd cpu as it should be able to access the bios as it may not be updated to suit my ryzen 3200g Any help is appreciated
Did you apply the latest BIOS to this board to back up Zen and APU compatibility? If not, consider contacting a local computer store for an update.
This happened after the A320 chipset was released. When I got a B350 motherboard with a 2400G, I had to do the same. For a similar setup, I chose the cheapest AM4 CPU, installed the newest BIOS from another computer, flashed it onto the new board, swapped out the cheaper CPU, and sent it back to am*zon.
