I possess some parts I haven't used recently that I'm assembling now. As soon as the computer powers on, the CPU indicator lights up briefly before shutting off. All fans spin, but there are no other error messages, and no output appears on the screen. I've checked re-seating the CPU, GPU, and RAM, plus swapping all cables in and out. My system specs include a B450 TOMOHAWK MAX board, Ryzen 7 2700 with RTX 2060, 16GB DDR4 memory, 600W power supply, and an EVGA graphics card.

It seems the RAM indicator isn't displaying. Probably a problem with the CPU.
