I recently swapped out my motherboard and CPU. The new B450M Steel Legend is working well—once everything is set up, the fan reaches maximum speed during startup and my case vibrates intensely. This only happens briefly at boot-up, which is a bit unsettling. With my previous setup, the fans didn’t increase as quickly. How can I resolve this issue?

I don’t have access to your system, but you can usually disable the fan through the BIOS settings or control panel. Check your manual or look for a power-off option related to the cooling system.

Same 2 140 and 2 120 units, no vibration detected. If they do shake, it means they weren’t secured properly, the fans may be rubbing against the bearings, or the fans themselves are faulty.
