You only need one of each item from those Amazon links. The SFP modules in the kit aren't powerful enough for 150m at 100/100 Mbps.

They aren't flawless. These are 20km rated 1310nm SFP modules and you'll need attenuators for such a short run or you could damage the receivers at either end. The Multi-Mode model with a 550m rating would perform better here. Refer:
