I'm working on achieving 60 FPS in GTA V. It often runs smoothly at higher speeds inside buildings or when focusing on simple areas, but drops to around 40 FPS outside and 30 FPS during fast driving. There seems to be a way to boost frames by tweaking certain options. Your current settings are attached, and you've disabled all advanced graphics effects. Interestingly, changing the window mode (1366x768 or 1920x1080) doesn't seem to impact your performance much. You're open to using any available resolution as long as you hit the desired frame rate.

Lower the numbers to the minimum. The 8320 can't manage it.

Your CPU is causing the low FPS. Consider adjusting the view distance if available. As mentioned before, lowering the population will make a big difference.

What kind of measurement adjustment is this?

Using lol fx6300 with 270x resolution and 4GB RAM in GTA 5 reached 1440p consistently, maintaining a stable frame rate around 40-45 FPS.

I do not have the game, but in an open world game, the CPU is usually to blame for FPS loss. So if their is a Distance setting, try to turn it down until you get your FPS stabilized.

Consider reducing the settings to 2-3 levels for population density, variety, and distance. Run the test for 15-30 minutes; if the value remains above 60, decrease further.

In windowed mode the system is working harder, I'm not sure why, but this has been my observation. Trying a lower resolution in full screen could be beneficial.

They’re struggling with that setup. Photos prove it. What’s your AA configuration? Smoothing, Shadow AA, Shadow smoothing?

Yes it can, Sorry I will elaborate. ultra/very high 2xmsaa + TXAA And you could go higher with the exception of higher AA (vram capped)
