My friend has been trying to play a game called Enlisted for a while now. His internet was slow at 250kb/s, and he thought the Gaijin servers were having issues, so he tried again the next day. Even then, nothing changed. I tried downloading it too, but my connection was much faster at 7mb/s, which means the problem isn't with their servers or his internet provider. Their download speed is actually about the same as mine (350 mbps down and 150 mbps up). When he turned off his firewall to see if that helped, it didn't work. We looked at his computer's network history, but he wasn't downloading much while I was moving a lot more data on my side. They use a mix of P2P and server downloads for this game, and they were sharing about half-half with me. Since I'm not very good at figuring out these technical things, could you tell me some simple tips or fixes to make the download go faster?

Check if your friend turns on "Limit download speed to" in Gaijin launcher's advanced options. If it stays off, you could have a problem called closed ports, but that's usually only seen with War Thunder.
