Your specs are solid, but an upgrade to the HP V8 3600MHz DDR4 RAM won’t noticeably boost FPS. The difference is minimal compared to other components. Stick with what you have unless you want to invest more.
It's unclear if you could reach 3600MHz with the 2600X. 3200MHz was already ideal for the Ryzen 2000 lineup, and going higher offered little gain. Any improvement would be minimal, probably under a 5% increase in FPS.
Actually buying a 3600MHz is waste of money for your rig as the Ryzen 5 2600x supports upto 2933MHz. So yeah buying 3600MHz would be worthless until CPU is upgraded. Here's a screenshot of CPU specification, see the "System memory specification". Hope you got it!
2600X can handle frequencies up to around 3200MHz based on the board. That spec isn’t clear to me, but I’m not convinced that adding 3600MHz RAM would make much of a difference, even if it could reach the recommended speed.
Perhaps... I only mentioned this site to point out the example of three individuals.
Avoid pushing too hard. The gains won’t be significant. This tool can help you attempt to boost your RAM’s speed to its full capacity.
