Search for some guides. If it causes a blue screen, it means the system isn't stable. You might need more power or a gentler overclock.

Be careful to avoid blowing yourself up, okay? I’d begin by reducing the voltage until you freeze or crash. Then raise it back up until stability returns, increase the multiplier again until things become unstable, add more voltage until stable once more, and keep repeating. I’m not sure you can run all cores at the maximum boost clock unless you have a top-notch cooler, though a 3400 might be possible.
