Checking the current build on pcpartpicker shows the same performance as before the upgrade. It might be time to consider additional upgrades or tweaks. Let me know what you think.

The frame rate mainly relies on the CPU.
The GPU handles the visual effects/graphics.
Switching just the GPU won't improve the FPS noticeably.
However, you can increase the graphics settings while maintaining the same FPS.

Purchase an SSD and set up your games on it for better FPS performance. I believe your CPU isn't very impressive when compared to your strong RAM and GPU.

An SSD greatly improves level load times.
FPS is less affected.
