Is there any evidence that improved sync from AMD settings enhances your CSGO gameplay? Could this really lower input lag and prevent screen tearing?

I didn't realize this was a setting, and I haven't updated my config files much. If you're usually above your monitor's refresh rate—like during deathmatch or full community servers—you should generally be okay.

This bar chart isn't exclusive to CS:GO but offers a general sense of the input lag expected with Enhanced Sync. There is greater input lag compared to when V-Sync is disabled, yet it remains imperceptible with Enhanced Sync.
