Start with the highest clock speed and reduce timing if it doesn’t increase further. Voltages up to 1.35V work well for regular operation, particularly with RAM that includes heat spreaders.

As long as it's a solid IC, DDR4 should handle 1.45 GHz daily, even without heat spreaders.

If you're genuinely seeking a better RAM setup for that 2600 MHz, micron spec usually works well because it reduces strain on the memory controller and handles clocks smoothly. I've attached a kit I discovered here: https://www.amazon.com.mx/Crucial-Ballis...=8-13&th=1.

However, keep in mind that upgrading might not always be worthwhile depending on your existing RAM configuration.
