For gaming, if you're only using 1080p at 60fps and your games already meet that, there won't be much gain. However, when playing demanding AAA titles that tax your CPU or when you're running at 144fps, you'll notice a significant boost.

I'm just starting out, but my monitor is 2560x1080 and I'm getting around 50 frames per second. I expect high graphics quality, but when I stream on FB or YouTube, the dropframe in XSplit shows noticeable lag for viewers.

You'll experience improved frame rates and frame times in GTA Online using a Ryzen 5 3600. This boosts AI behavior and rendering performance.

Sure, I understand you're asking many questions. Also, given the same budget, why would you choose an Intel CPU over another option?

On an Intel processor, you’re restricted to six cores and six threads within this price range, and overclocking isn’t available. With a Ryzen, you receive six cores paired with twelve threads, which greatly enhances streaming performance, and you can typically overclock most CPUs and motherboards if desired.
