Hi all. Looking to upgrade my system but not sure what will increase my performance the most for the money. Here are my specs: i5 6600K OC @ 4.8Ghz Asus Z170-A 8GB Hyperx DDR4 OC @ 2666Mhz 120MM AIO Asus GTX 1060 6GB OC @ 1925Mhz 1TB WD Blue 2x 240GB SSD EVGA 600W Silver NZXT S340 Some Corsair fans (SP120+140) I have around $150 that I’d like to use to get some higher performance. Any recommendations?

ram appears to be running slowly, though it might not be the first stick. A faster ram won't help your current setup right now, but it could work well for future upgrades like 1080p at 144hz or higher (e.g., AOC 24g2u).

No problem, 2x4Gb sticks. The monitor won’t help much since my setup is for flight sim and I usually hit 40-55 FPS at most. I’m considering a 7700K which should work with a BIOS flash. I doubt it’s worth the price because I can easily switch to a 6600K for better performance.
