Hello, how are you? So, I just finished my complete playtrough of the Mass Effect trilogy. I had only played 3, but then, after playing the first one, I went ahead and played the trilogy in order. Loved it. Loved the story, the characters and how your decisions affect the world and the overall story. With this in mind, are there any more games like this? What are your suggestions? I am thinking about getting the walkind dead as it is said to be a great story game. Cheers!
The Walking Dead titles are enjoyable, yet they lack the intensity of the Mass Effect lineup. Consider these alternatives: Bioshock, Bioshock: Infinite Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas Metro Series, System Shock 2, The Witcher, and Deus Ex.
A collection of gaming and media titles spanning Star Wars, Bioshock, Stalker, Metro, Witcher, Fallout, Max Payne, Alan Wake, Tomb Raider, GTA V, Dragon Age, Oblivion/Skyrim, Riddick, Batman, Darksiders, Crysis, Bastion, Fear, Half-Life, Gears of War, and more. Enjoy the list!
Seeking deeper medieval RPG experiences akin to Dragon Age? Explore Star Wars: The Old Republic (MMO with free-to-play storytelling) and its predecessors. Dive into older Infinity Engine titles like Baldur's Gates, Icewind Dales, and Planescape: Torment—recent HD remasters are available. For choice-driven RPGs, consider Pillars of Eternity, Wasteland 2, Shadowrun Returns, and the Witcher series. If you prefer narrative-heavy adventures with cinematic flair, newer Telltale games excel in that space.
Watch Dogs' past isn't so bad. I liked the game. It's... distinctive.
