Black ops 2 servers seem fine, I think. I haven’t encountered any cheaters yet, except for one wallhacker.

Actually, the game runs quite slowly, with average movement and noticeable pauses between positions (lying down vs standing). The goal is to add realism rather than speed. It doesn't feel like a typical Call of Duty experience in terms of pace, but it's still really enjoyable.
Arma 3 performs well in terms of frames per second on your system, though you're experiencing around 30 FPS on your current PC.
I enjoy a small portion of Sniper Ghost Warrior 2, and it seems many people continue to play it.
TF2 remains a favorite among players, and the open beta for Dirty Bomb is also quite lively! (And it's completely free—no worries about trying it!)
