The software crashed during export, causing the computer to freeze. Now it runs quietly in the background using full GPU and half RAM. You’ll see an error when trying to stop it via Task Manager. To resolve this, try closing background apps, updating drivers, or restarting the GPU. If issues persist, consider uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Pro.

Try launching it from the startup or end the process using the admin prompt. I don’t think they’re doing this, usually it would halt the task right away and damage your video. You should report it immediately...

Attempted to stop the process at startup and via command line, but received "access denied." Exporting has already halted, yet it continues to consume GPU and RAM.

Check your PC after restarting, as everything appears wrong. Enter safe mode and remove the issue.
