There seems to be an unusual issue where the background process in Windows 11 consumes a small portion of CPU, but when you launch GeForce Experience it drops to zero usage. This could indicate a problem specific to your setup or the Windows version.

His teammate kept the Windows 11 development preview on his work machine, which caused many problems. He had no choice but to upgrade to the official full release version to resolve the issues. Once the full release is available, the preview should no longer be accessible.

You're working on the dev build, specifically the unstable version. Everything seems to be functioning as expected.

This provides an overview of the present condition of Windows development. It's meant for testing purposes only. For developers, it helps verify compatibility with future updates, but stick to supported release versions otherwise.
