Workarounds and Observations:
1. Resetting the CMOS restored normal operation.
2. Booting reliably without D.O.C.P. enabled and power disconnected.

I realized the EZ updater wasn’t detecting the new BIOS versions. I don’t trust those update tools. I have no clue why I was using it this time. Anyway, I just installed version v3001 and am starting the process now. I’ll do my best if it was so simple. *sigh* Thanks! I’ll update soon.

It looks like the system regained stability after updating the BIOS. I’m confident in this conclusion after several days of testing. Another minor problem I noticed was a small insulation break on one of the RGB wires. I fixed it with tape, and now the radiator fans stop lighting up when clearing the CMOS. I hope this post assists someone else in the future. Thanks!
