Encountering problems with ISO generation during a clean install (media creation tool fails to function)
I've attempted several times, but the Media Creation Tool remains unresponsive. I've removed and reinstalled it, yet it still fails on the first use. Afterward, I've tried using it on a flash drive or burning the ISO to a disk, but the program crashes immediately at the final step. Anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this?
This option lets you obtain the ISO file and utilize RUFUS to install it onto a USB drive.
I'll attempt this when I get back! Thanks, I'm hoping it functions. Yes, I downloaded the 64-bit edition, which is exactly what I require. Unfortunately, I can't because I don't have another Windows machine. My other two devices—a work laptop and an old Mac—are Macs. I'm considering asking a friend to help if I can't manage it myself, but I won't see her for a week and prefer to handle this sooner.
